By accessing or using NexusDocs.ai and TermsGuard (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

NexusDocs.ai provides AI-powered tools that help users summarize and query contracts, terms, and other documents. The Service is for informational purposes only.

3. Not Legal Advice

Output from the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is not legal advice. It may be incomplete or incorrect. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal matters. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register or sign in (including via Google or Apple).

5. Plans, Credits, and Payments

• Free and paid plans (including subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits) may be offered.
• Paid features are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe).
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
• We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice for ongoing subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Upload content you do not have the right to process
• Resell or misuse access beyond your plan

7. Your Content

You retain rights to documents and text you submit. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, sending it to the AI provider to generate a response). We do not claim ownership of your documents.

8. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

9. AI Providers

Document analysis is performed using third-party AI services (including xAI / Grok). Use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUSDOCS.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
